We operate our own manufacturing facility in the South Bay area. By keeping all work under the
same roof , we are able to keep a very good quality, by supervising all the boards as they go through each step of construction
We only use first quality blanks,these blanks are made for todays surfing needs with
tighter closed cell structure which equates to higher density foam cores. We also work with EPOXY FOAM BLANKS
, they are made in Oceanside, by a company called SVF . By combining SVF blanks and epoxy resin we are able to produce a lighter and stronger surfboard
that not only surfs better but lasts twice as long as the regular surfboard.
We proudly use Hexell E glass,S glass, and WARP glass which have all been designed for use on surfboards. The use of Carbon
fiber, Kevlar and others composites are available upon request. |
